To maintain our quality standards, we have developed a robust and efficient recruitment process that combines direct interaction and transparency. It is simple, direct and efficient.

Step 1: Phone discussion with HR Business Partner
Once we received your CV, a HR Business Partner will contact you in order to get more relevant information about your motivations, your expectations and your mobility. If your profile fits to AIXIAL’s needs, an interview with a Business Manager will be scheduled according to your availability.

Step 2: Interview with a Business Manager
During this interview, the Business Manager will go through your profile, skills & experiences then he will introduce AIXIAL, its main projects and the various possibilities of career development.

Step 3: Interview with HR & Senior Business Manager
For this step, you will meet first the HR Business Partner, and then the Senior Business Manager. It will allow us to better understand your experiences, go further on your technical and interpersonal skills. They will challenge you!

Step 4: Final interview
During the final step, a contract proposal will be done.

10 TIPS TO BE PREPARED FOR YOUR INTERVIEW

Being ready for the first interview

  • Fill your technical file (DT) in the most comprehensive way, adapting it to the specificities of your education and professional experiences if necessary. The DT is the document that allows us to make the bridge between your experiences and open projects. Return it 24 hours before the interview to the HR Business Partner who has confirmed you the appointment.
  • Get informed about AIXIAL. The group’s website is up to date about our workforce, turnover, settlements, news… Do not hesitate to explore the web links present in the signature of the recruitment officer.
  • Come back to your contact from the recruitment team if you have questions. Our goal is to help you to put forward the best of your application. Feel free to ask us for help if you have any questions before the interview.
  • Look after your outfit. By being a consultant, you represent AIXIAL on our customers´site. In this sense, it is important to show that you have mastered the codes of the workplace:. This does not bode for keeping daily work in your future projects.
  • Prepare your speech. You must be able to present your background and reasons that guided your choice of education and career in less than 5 minutes. Train yourself to describe these elements and every professional experience synthetically, relevant and adapted to the recruiter (Be careful with the use of technical terms).
  • Define your medium-term career plans. We recruit scientists, Doctor of Pharmacy, MD Doctors, PhD in order to go further with us. Having a structured professional goal in the medium term allows the recruiter to support your future developments.
  • Prepare your questions. Beyond the information you find through the AIXIAL website, you will certainly have questions about how we work, who are our customers, the possibilities of evolution… An interview is an exchange, our responsibility is also to let you know about the lifestyle in AIXIAL.
